Exporting data from table with memo field

I have a table where I export some data.
The problem is I have one field of type memo.
The customer uses Ctrl Enter to get a new line in the field.
The export has ; as delimiter and is exported in text-format.
When I export this field I get a new line for each ctrl-Enter.
Is there a way I can export the memo field correctly?
