exporting data into excel

I am wanting to export to excel more records than it
appears it's possible to.

Anyone know of a way to get round this by splitting up the
export process as opposed to splitting the querying?

Dear James:

A free opinion, and probably worth about what you paid for it.

Using TOP and some ordering of the data in the query you could split
it up in the querying. Perhaps you would like it better if you
divided it up between easily in alphabetic segments, like A-D, E-H,
I-L, etc.

But I would think the query approach would be best.

The advice is free, and you are free to ignore it!
