Exporting data of outlook forms

Hi
I have created forms within outlook which have some non-standard fields
(meaning not de standard fields available in outlook such as date time, to:
CC: etc)
I need to export the forms when filled out bu outlook only provides export
on the standard fields
Can anyone tell me whether it is possible to export non-standard fields and
if so how to do this
