exporting data to excel

how do i control the file created when i export data from access ...
i have a data base that i have to convert into excel every once in a while.
but when i do so, it creats a new file, with out the Page setup that is
common in my workplace, so i have to adjust it over and over again...
can you please give me a faster and more efficiant solution?

hi,
if you don't want access creating a new file each time,
you might consider doing it from the excel side using
microsoft query(tool>get exteral data> new database query)
you would have better control over the formating issue and
the file would never change. you could also write a macro
in excel to do the download and formating.
