Hi Joan,
The real question is, can Peachtree import data. If it can, it's likely
to be able to import one or more of the formats Access can export to,
such as .csv text files or dBaseIII .dbf files.
You'll need to check the Peachtree documentation to find out what
formats and fields it expects, and then create a query in Access that
can be exported to provide what Peachtree wants.

John,
Thanks for answering my post. I think that what I
meant to ask is: Is there a way to make this more of a
user-friendly seamless integration?
I have a client who is currently using PeachTree DOS for
their accounting and would like an Inventory (database
such as Access) program which would share information
between the programs.
They are currently using PeachTree DOS to enter
inventory and generate amount to charge and costs. The
client sells products in bulk amounts and what they charge
is based upon multiple variables such as batch size or
weight, type of product, customer, shrinkage, etc. They
believe Access could handle this function better because
it can be custom designed. Hence, the reason that this
sharing of information needs to be very user-friendly.

Joan,
In general DOS programs don't permit any kind of integration, seamless
or otherwise: the typical DOS program believes that it has the entire
computer to itself.
If however the PeachTree installation is a multi-user system whose data
is managed by a server database on the network, it's possible at least
in principle for Access to connect to that database: follow up follow up
Michael's suggestion to find out if it works in practice. (Maybe it
would be necessary to upgrade to a Windows version of PeachTree.)John,
