Exporting databse designs to ACCESS

Is there a way of exporting a databse structure designed in VISIO into ACCESS i.e. the reverse of the Reverse Engineering process?

I know that it is possible to bring in existing designs from ACCESS and to keep these synchronised with the actual db structure but does the reverse hole true i.e. to design the structure in VISIO, export it to ACCESS and then for changes to the VISIO design to be reflected on the physical DB?

Any ideas?

I am using VISIO Pofessional 2002

Thanks.

I think after checking the M$ site you may discover that you need the
Enterprise Architect edition....
