In access 97 We had no trouble exporting number fields in
dbf format. We upgraded to access 2000, so now when we try
to export number fields in dbf format, access adds .0000
to data in every numeric column. Example 555 in access
becomes 555.0000 after export. There are several
workarounds for this problem, but this requires several
steps and we move a lot of data.
