Exporting Distribution List

I need to find a way to export a distribution list ONLY
from Outlook onto a diskette. When I try to do an Export,
there is no option to select only certain contacts. At
the least, I would like to be able to copy the contents of
the address book and past them into Word...but even the
copy feature is grayed-out.

Help!

Can't you just save it as an RTF file?
