Exporting Distro List

my laptop crashed and I got a new one, i want to know if there is anyway to
export my distros I set up from my old computer to the new computer. I export
the contacts but the distros I created dont go with it.....anyonw offer some
support?

Yes - exporting can quite often cause this - this is one of the reasons that
we daily here do NOT recommend exporting Outlook data.

As you obviously have access to the old disk, see here on how to do it

There is out-dated information on some of these pages, specifically with
regard to Outlook 2003 and 2007.

The main points to note:
1. Do NOT use the import/export function to move Outlook data from one
version to another - all you need to do is to copy the pst file, with
Outlook closed.

2. Do NOT paste the copied pst file into the default location - paste into
(for example) your Documents folder and then do File-Open-Outlook Data File
within Outlook.

If the old system works at all, you could email them from one computer to
the other.
