Exporting emails from Outlook Address book

How can I easily export a list of e-mails I have in my Outlook (2003 Small
Business Edition) Address Book? There are about 50 e-mails in the group. In
this case, I'd like to export them into a format I can upload into a
Facebook page for the same group so I can invite folks to visit that page.

Outlook doesn't have an address book. Contacts are in the Contacts folder.
First, verify what types of files Facebook can import. Let's suppose it can
import comma-sparated values files (.csv). Click File>Import and
Export>Export to a file>Next. Select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" and
click Next. Select your Contacts folder and click Next. Specify a file and
click Next. Map any fields you want exported (you probbaly don't have to
export all fields because Facebook can't handle them. Once you;ve selected
the fields you want to export, click OK, then click Finish.

Other formats can be exported in a similar fashion.
