Exporting Emails - With multiple Senders in the From Field

G

Gerald Lemay

I need to export emails into a txt format so that I can process the replies
through an external application. The replies are all related to
bounced/incorrect/invalid email addresses.

One of our clients sends back a system message with the From containing the
email addresss of the system "postmaster" and the email address to which we
sent the email. The information contained in the postmater's reply "From"
field looks like this:

(e-mail address removed); on behalf of; Art Miskew [[email protected]]

When I export the file to Windows Tab Delimited format, the email address of
the intended recipient (Art Miskew) is NOT included in the export, only the
first email address (Postmaster). This is what is exported:

Subject Body From: (Name) From: (Address) From: (Type) To: (Name) To:
(Address) To: (Type) CC: (Name) CC: (Address) CC: (Type) BCC: (Name) BCC:
(Address) BCC: (Type) Billing
Information Categories Importance Mileage Sensitivity
Re: Invitation to Fast Track to Level C InfoSession (new
mailaddress) "Please note that my new e-mail is:

(e-mail address removed)

Art Miskew
" (e-mail address removed) (e-mail address removed) SMTP (e-mail address removed) (e-mail address removed) SMTP

So you will notice that the intended recepient's email address -- on behalf
of...--([email protected]) is not exported.

Is there a method for Outlook to export both addresses in the From field.
Quite honestly, I'm only interested in the email address "on behalf of". The
"Postmaster" address is not important and useless to me.

Can you offer any asisstance? Many thanks.
