exporting entourage groups

Does anyone know how to export groups from entourage 2004 and import
them into mac mail? I managed to export all my contacts just fine, but
not any of my groups. Any help would be great!

I am trying to export my entourage contacts to excel for a mailing, but the "category" field isn't exporting. Can anyone tell me how to get this field to export with all the other contact data?

You cannot export one category as a tab delimited, but with a workaround you
can accomplish this. See "Export a group as a tab delimited file"
