exporting .eps from Visio 2002

I'm using Microsoft Visio 2002 to create my drawings, and I'm saving them as
..eps files to use in my LaTeX document.
The only problem I get is when drawing circles or other circular objects;
They appear very bad and not smooth. Does anyone have an idea how
can I solve that problem?
