Exporting Excel charts to HTML using Panther operating system

I'm having trouble exporting charts from Excel X (using the "save as a
web page function") to HTML using the Panther operating system. When
I open the exported charts in either a web browser (or look at the
resulting .gif files in Preview), some of the chart titles are
missing. Is anyone else having this problem? Is this an Excel or a
Panther issue? Thanks.

I don't see any problems (Excel v.X 10.1.5, OS 10.3.1), making
line, bar, xy-scatter and pie charts.

Can you describe what "some" means?

For instance: Are the titles linked to cells? Only on a particular
chart type? On a Chart sheet or embedded? Does changing font affect
it? Did you reposition them or apply direct formatting? etc., etc.
