Exporting Forms to Web with hyperlinks

Hi,

I just recently discover Infopath and I was task to create a report template
for our group. The form must have the ability to allow the users to attach a
link or a file if they need. I have tried putting an "insert file" control
but when I export that to web, the files was not included. I also try to put
a rich text box so a link can be typed. But again, when I export it to web,
the link was disabled.

They want a web file as an output. Please advise.
