Exporting from Access to Excel - formatting lost

When exporting from Acces to Excel numbers formatted to
one decimal in Access are displayed with two decimals in
Excel. How can I get them to export to one decimal? I
know I can reformat them in Excel but I'd rather have it
work automatically.
