I'm trying to export my task list from Outlook (not on Exchange) to another
file type -- CSV, XLS, whatever.
Every time I attempt this I get an error of the following type --
Log Name: Application
Source: Application Error
Date: 09/10/2008 12:45:12
Event ID: 1000
Task Category: (100)
Level: Error
Keywords: Classic
User: N/A
Computer: Xxxx
Description:
Faulting application OUTLOOK.EXE, version 12.0.6316.5000, time stamp
0x4833a470, faulting module OLTASK.FAE, version 12.0.4518.1014, time stamp
0x45417463, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x0000957e, process id
0x324, application start time 0x01c91362a48d601e.
-- and Outlook closes and restarts on its own. The "exported" file is 0
bytes in length, so not very useful.
I use Outlook 2007 in conjunction with OneNote, with links between OneNote
and Outlook. I thought that might be causing the problem in some way, so I
set OneNote to work offline.
I have also set Outlook to work offline and have turned off all antivirus
integration. It makes no difference. Outlook crashes each and every time I
try to export data from the Tasks folder. There is no crash when exporting
data from e-mail folders or from the calendar.
Has anyone seen this before? Does anyone have an idea for a next
troubleshooting step?
