Exporting groups

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Email Client: pop I have a large data base but only some of them I use in my Newsletter. I have those stored in groups. Can I export each group to an Excel spreadsheet? Or do I have to export the whole data base and manually sort just the ones that are part of my groups?
