yes. open the destination database. click File, Get External Data, Import,
from the menu bar. navigate to the database that has the import
specification. when the Import Objects dialog opens, click the Options
button on the right side of the box. look in the Import group on the left
side, and put a checkmark in the box next to Import/Export Specs. then click
OK.
this imports *all* specifications to the destination database. if there are
other import specifications that you *did not* want, you'll have to open the
Import Wizard in the destination database, and delete the specifications you
don't want to keep.
