exporting/importing outlook addressbook

i recently upgraded my computer going from an old windows
98 (not even second edition) and office 2000 professional
to xp with the same office 2000. how do i get my
addressbook to the new unit. when i go to
addressbook/file, i cannot access import or export. i
tried going to the main
outlook/file/importexport/file .csv but it will not let
me go further. yes i put the disc back in. any ideas?

Outlook does not and never has used an address book. Contact data is stored
in your Contacts Folder. The file you need is your Personal Folders file
(*.pst) It's where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
