Exporting/Importing Question

I want to make a generic spreadsheet which I use daily to enter bid contracts, but from which, the data I enter each time is pulled to other worksheets/workbooks. How can I make this form blank each time I open it, but then extract the data I add to it each time to other sheets - all while allowing me the "Save As" ability to save each contract? I hope that makes sense.

Well actually, no it does not make sense. But, check Excel help for "Control
how workbooks and sheets are created" this will let you set up a template
for your contracts. If you need more help, post again and be specific about
what you have tried and what you are trying to accomplish.
