Hello,

I have a need of transferring views and reports from one project server into
another one. Both are separate environments. Since the number of views are
quite a few i am looking for an way to do it in one go.

Please share immediately if you are aware of any such method.

Thanks.

Open Microsoft Project Professional and log on to the first Project Server
instance. Click Tools - Organizer. Copy the enterprise Views, Tables,
Filters, Groups, and Reports from the cached Global file into the blank
project then close the Organizer dialog. Save your blank project using a
name like "Enterprise Objects" or something like that. Close Microsoft
Project Professional.

Open Microsoft Project Professional and log on to the second Project Server
instance. Open the Enterprise Global file and then open the Enterprise
Objects file. Click Tools - Organizer. On the left side of the Organizer
dialog, select the Enterprise Objects file, and on the right side of the
Organizer, select the Enterprise Global file. Copy the enterprise Views,
Tables, Filters, Groups, and Reports from the Enterprise Objects file into
the Enterprise Global file. Close the Organizer then save and close the
Enterprise Global. Close Microsoft Project Professional.

Hope this helps.
