Exporting Info within same Workbook

I would like to be able to export information as it is typed, to other sheets within the same workbook to save retyping identical information. Is there a formula or something else I can do other than cutting and pasting as I would like the information to be updated if it is changed.

Say you want information in Sheet1, cell A1 to appear in Sheet2, cell B2.

Then in Sheet2, cell B2, enter

=Sheet1!A1

Alternatively, in Sheet2, cell B2, enter

=

then navigate to Sheet1 and click cell A1. XL will enter the reference
automatically.
