Exporting mailing addresses into an Avery mailing label template

Does anyone know how to export addresses that are listed in Excel, but broken up in different cells by first name, last name, address, city, state, etc into a Word template provided by Avery for printing mailing labels? I'm sure there is a way to do it without having to copy and paste every cell into the label template.

Please help!

Hi Cristina;

You're absolutely right about not having to copy & paste, but you're
starting on the wrong end of the job :) You don't "export" the data from
Excel, but instead you start from Word using the Mail Merge Manager. The
Excel file containing the records will be used as the record source.

Search in Word Help for: labels. You should find everything you need but if
there are any specific questions don't hesitate to post them... Preferably
in the Mac Word group rather than here.
