Exporting Master Project to non-Project Server users

I need to export (.mpp file) a master project with all included subprojects
to individuals that do not have access to Project Server. Every time I save
to a file, I get a master file with links only (no subproject tasks
available). When I double click on the subproject and sever the link, it
asks me to save changes to the subproject. I'm hesitant to do this as I need
the master with all of it's subprojects. Is there a way to create a single
project (.mpp) file from an opened (all tasks showing from its subprojects)
master project?

Hi Roger,
Open the master project. Double Click on a subproject row to open the
Inserted Project Information dialog. Click the Advanced tab and uncheck the
"Link to project" box. do that for each sub project. Save your master
project (monolithic now) as a mpp file.

Gerard: Thanks for your reply but this isn't working. I have a master
project with 5 embedded schedules. When I double click on the subproject row
and uncheck the link to project box, it asks me if I want to save the change
to the published file. When I say yes, I then lose all subtasks, leaving me
with the summary row only. Now, having said that, when I uncheck the link to
project box for the last embedded subproject, that works. So I end up with 4
summary lines for linked projects and one project where I can save as you
say. What am I doing wrong?

Roger,
It worked fine for me. I didn't save any published file until all the
subproject links were broken. Then I saved the "master" project as a mpp
file.
