Exporting OE5.5 Address Book to Outlook 2002

I'm trying to export my Outlook Express 5.5 Address Book
(WAB) to Outlook 2002 on the same computer. Everything I
try fails, including using the Import feature of Outlook
2002. I also cannot export the WAB to a .CSV file to try
that route. I don't really want to enter the information
manually into Outlook. My OS is Windows 2000. Any ideas?
