Exporting of Data from Groove 3.1

I am trying to export data from a form that I have built. I have tried all
the different exports and I still get a lot of extra field and some of the
fields have content in multiple files.

I just want a simple way to get the data out of groove into an excel sheet
so people who find that their only world is excel can view and manipulate
the data for their own facination.

I have exported the view, the tool and still get a whole lot of extra
fields.
