Exporting OL2k3 contacts to OLXPSP2 - how?

I am wanting to export a few hundred contacts from my
Outlook 2003 to another computer that is running Outlook
XP SP2.

How is this achieved please, and if there is more than one
way, what is the better way?

Do not use export.
Create a new PST in "Outlook 97-2002" format and copy your Contacts into it.

As followup to Jason's question and Russ's answer:
I created a new .pst in which to put the addresses I want to send t
someone. The .pst is created in the folder with email. I don't se
where to create a folder in contacts. Thanks. M

Explain what you mean by "The .pst is created in the folder with email"
What exactly are you doing?
Just use File > New > Outlook Data File to create your PST file. Copy your
Contacts Folder from your default PST into this new one.
