Exporting Outlook Calendar as .vcs File

I am trying to export my Outlook '02 calendar contents to
MS Works 7.0 Calendar. The later wants a ".vcs" file.

Outlook offers only: comma separated, dBase; Microsoft
Excel, Access, and FoxPro;.pst and tab separated options.

Any help would be appreciated.
