Exporting Outlook Rules and Alert

I would like to know how to export my outlook rules and alert from my local
session to my account in Windows 2000 Server Sesion and get it working.
After the Windows 2000 Server was installed I logged in and the Outlook was
totally blank. I logged to my local session and went to tools / rules and
alerts and at the option I Proceed to export them and consecuently I imported
them in my session of Windows 2000 Server but them are highlighted in red and
are not working. What could be the problem?
