Exporting Outlook Settings

I have two internet email accounts that are used on a desktop and a laptop.
The email configurations worked for the desktop but not for the laptop [the
email account settings are identical]. One issue is that I could not find a
way to set the port for the outgoing email server. The automated set up only
displayed the server ports one time on the desktop.

Is there a way to export the email account settings to my laptop? What
other issues might be intervening here? Guidance sought.

Outlook doesn't have a method of exporting account settings.

to change the port, open the account settings (tools, account settings) -
double click on the account and then choose more settings. Change the port
on the last tab.
