Exporting Palm Desktop files to MS Outlook 2000

how do i import the calendar file from my palm desktop into microsoft outlook
2000.
I have lost my handheld and need to export the calendar info from my desktop
into Outlook. I have been able to import the address/contact file into
Outlook but the only file type my Palm OS v 4.0.1 exports the calendar is in
a dba format which MS outlook 2000 doesn't recognize/accept
