Can a presentation be exported directly into a Flash video (SWF format)? Keynote has this feature but its ability to handle sound files is very limited.

Hi,

No, it can't. Your best bet is to capture the presentation using
SnapZPro from Ambrosia software. Use SlideShow > Set Up Show > Browsed
by an Individual Window when you want to do the capture.

That will save your presentation as a movie.

Mediaconverter.org is able to convert that from mov to flash (flv) at no
charge.
