Exporting/Printing List of Members in all Exchange Distribution Li

We have Outlook/Exchange 2003 with several distribution groups in the GAL and
was wondering if there was a way to export a list of all the distribution
groups instead of going one by one.

We need to do some comparing on these groups and would expect there is some
tool to do this? Any help is greatly appreciated.
