exporting recurring events, invited from a different time zone

I am exporting (tried CSV, Excel, text) my calendar, and when I have
recurring events that were initiated in a different time zone, the exported
start and end time reflect that other time zone, and not the time that is
showing correctly in my calendar. Any suggestions?

I can recommend using a 3rd part app called WinCalendar to export your
Outlook calendar.
It supports importing your outlook calendar to fully editable native
MS Excel & Word format + it includes recurrences.
I believe it will also reflect the same times as show in Outlook. For

Thanks for the suggestion, and that probably goes beyond what I was looking
for, a simple text view of a week's events, that had the proper start and end
times.

I assume this export behavior is expected. Has anyone encountered a work
around?
