Exporting report data to Word

I just did the same thing today -- and found that I need
to export (File -Send to) using SnapShot -- that will
carry through the graphics, formatting,etc. Unfortunately
when I try to download SnapShot from Microsoft it doesn't
happen. I just put this problem to the forum (about 10
minutes ago).
