I am aware of the general problems in text truncating. I previously made the
text boxes in the reports large enough to avoid the problem when exporting to
MS Word using DoCmd.OutputTo.
I have not changed the reports and the MS Word normal.dot template did not
change, but just recently the reports are truncating again. I can go back
and make the text fields larger again, but would like to know if there is
some setting in MS Word that I might have changed that is causing this. If
so, adjusting that setting would be a better solution than changing the text
boxes again, because without understanding the underlying reason for the
renewed problem, I might have to enlarge the text boxes repeatedly.
