Matt
We have a machine that automatically runs various access reports, exports
them to excel or rtf files and emails them out to people. We just upgraded
to Office 2003 and now this machine is not exporting the report properly any
more. Sure, it saves stuff to an rtf file, but the majority of the fields
are truncated enough for the report to be useless. It looks fine if you just
run the report and print directly from Access. This same report can be
exported from other machines running Office 2003 just fine. Of course, it
only doesn't work from the machine on which we need it to work. Are there
other factors which would affect how the machine exports? We've tried
uninstalling and reinstalling office. It has all of the Office 2003 service
packs and patches and the OS is an up to date patched WinXP.
Thanks,
Matt
