Exporting Reports to Excel

When using the "Analyze It With Excel" facility from an
Access 2000 program running under Access XP to Excel XP I
see the group totals from the report in the Excel file.
However they do not appear when Excel 2000 is installed
with the same Access app. Can anyone shed light on this
problem.
