Exporting reports to Excel

How can I export a report to Excel? I need to carry the summary information
the report structure gets me and the Query will not do it.

After reading more threads on this It looks like there is no way to do what I
need to do in Access 07. Is there a third party package that will do it. Who
won the lawsuit? Maybe they can.
