Exporting Reports to PowerPoint

Can I export reports from my Access BD into a powerpoint
briefing? Please advise if yu have the answer and steps.

Open the report in Preview. Go to Tools|Office Links|Publish It with Word. This will
export the report as an RTF file, which you should then be able to use in PowerPoint. The
success of this will depend on how fancy the report is.

Another option, with the report closed but selected in the database window, go to
File|Export and look at the various file options for exporting the report. One of them may
work even better for you.
