Exporting sender "addresses" from fax console/sending multiple fax

I can't figure out how to export my address book to a file so I have them
safely stashed in one place. I can't find the file in my computer (must be
there somewhere!) nor can I find any export function so I can get them all at
once (as opposed to looking at each one, writing it out by hand and then
creating a file)

I don't use outlook -- used to use BVRP phone tools and may return to it

I also can no longer seem to get the program (fax console/XP fax wizard) to
send repeat faxes to different persons -- I have to send each fax one at a
time separately -- what can I uninstall & reinstall short of the entire XP OS
to try to get it working again.?

Sorry - not an Office problem. You might want to repost in the fax and
printing group for Windows XP.
