Exporting shape data to a cvs file in Visio

Hi!

I've been experimenting with export to database. I have managed to
export to most formats available. But whenever I try to export to cvs,
I get the following error message:

ODBC Error: 42000
[Microsoft][Drivrutin för ODBC Text] Definitionen av 'Table' kan inte
ändras eftersom databasen är skrivskyddad

Translated to english. Definition of 'Table' can't change because the
database is write protected.

What am I doing wrong, How can I get a cvs in a similar way as I get a
xls.

Hi,

this behaviour was recognized as a bug in Visio 2002 but apparently hasn't
been fixed

you could try to first create an .xls file and then save that to .csv

if you create a report then you have the possibilty to export to excel
format and then save the viewed excel file in .csv format
