I am relatively unskilled but I have beed creating a database that allows
the user to fill in records in a form and then press a button to export that
single record data into a merged word document which can then be either
printed or copied into an email.
This appears to be quite difficult.
I have used a query to limit the records to the one I want - but I cannot
seem to fathom how to transfer this single record data into a word document.
I tried to use the office link tool and when I tried to link it to the query,
it only offered me tables.
I am sorry if this is a really obvious question but every source I have
looked at so far has either been limted or baffling.
