exporting table to existing Excel spreadsheet?

Hi all,

I have a table that gets updated daily with sales and units sold. Once this
table is updated daily, I want to automatically export the values from that
table into a worksheet in an EXISTING Excel workbook (essentially overwriting
whatever was there the day before). I have other workbooks that reference
this one, so I need to make sure I update this one daily.

Does anyone know how I can accomplish this via VBA?
