I have a list of contacts that have the category "Mailing List" that I want
to export into any format that Publisher can read and mail merge. And I
want to use the "this is the mailing address" address.
I have tried to cut and paste from the category view into Excel and Access
but it formats funny because of the comma in the Mailing Address field. I
can't export the list, since the Mailing Address field is not one of the
fields available to map to.
What is the "this is the mailing address" for? Where is it used?
Even if I copy all my mailing addresses to "Other", how can I filter my list
to export only the correct category?
