Exporting to Excel from Outlook 2003

The directions for exporting the Calendar to Excel are straightforward, as long as you are trying to export one's personal calendar. However, we have shared calendars and they don't come up when you are asked what file you want to export. Is there away around this or can we not export shared calendars? Thanks, in advance...

You can copy the data from another person's calendar to a calendar folder in
your mailbox. The By Category view is helpful for this.
