Exporting to Outlook distribution lists

I would like to be able to create Outlook distribution
lists using Access 2002.
We use an MSAccess database to record data for several
hundred people, including email addresses, and then use
macros to output reports that are used as distribution
lists.
This works seamlessly using Pegasus as the email client
and using a text file output format, but I cannot figure
out a way of outputting a file to be used in Outlook 2002.

Please help!
