exporting to outlook xp

I have a ton of e-mails that I have extracted from text
files on my computer. I have put them into an Access
database. I now want to export them to my Outlook XP
address book. For the life of me, I cannot figure out how
to do this. Can someone please help me figure this out?

Thank you in advance,

Aladin,

Outlook supports importing Access files. First, have the
Outlook folder ready, as Outlook (at least in the 2000
version I'm using) doesn't allow you to create the folder
on the fly.

Then choose File, Import and Export, Import from Another
Program or File, Microsoft Access. Select the database
name. A list of tables will appear; check the one(s) you
wish to import.

Than map the table's fields to the Outlook fields by drag
and drop.

Best regards.
