Exporting to Word

I am currently developing a guide for new employees in Word and wanted to
include some of our standard forms that they may need to complete. I thought
that using InfoPath might be a good format for the forms, but unlike other
applications such as Visio and Excel, I can't seem to be able to export the
form to Word or even to paste an image of it into Word.

Any ideas?

Forms with Managed Code") on how to export InfoPath xml to Word.
